A few years ago the current owners closed in the garage to make extra living space. With three kids in high-school - at the same time (each one a straight A over-achiever) - they needed a "media" room more than a garage. The media room features wireless Internet, 3 computers, a large flat-screen TV - with a gaming gizmo, as well as their home library and a small 'stove' type wood-burning heater.

Now that the kids have all flown the coop; Mom and Dad are gonna travel and see the World. Well, that's their plan anyway, if they can sell this house for anywhere near what it's worth! The house has been play-tested - through all seasons, all disasters, etc... And, was built with the aide of Numenor's AGS. It requires all EPs/SPs up to Mansion & Gardens.

MAIN FEATURES:

• Impressive Buggybooz designer custom kitchen cabinetry

• Quality high-end Maxis furniture

• Original oversized Klimt Tree of Life reproduction is the focal point in the main living/entry area.

• While beautiful solid wood panelling and embossed copper ceilings accentuate the upper level

• The built in aquarium/outdoor pond, together with a Waterfall wall mural set the tone for the game room below

• Stairs include three flights of spirals and an elevator

• Phone, TVs and PCs completely installed; everything is connected via wireless network

• Invisible/stealth Alarm systems included (for both fire and burglar)

• Energy efficient Solar power and Natural gas

• Three Fireplaces including an in-wall outdoor fireplace on the deck

• A bold color scheme with textured ceilings

• Ceiling fans in both bedrooms

• Earth-friendly tile roof and stained concrete driveway

• Modern designer Maxis doors and windows

You need to DL both of the files - the sims2pack & the EXTRAs - the content for both files combined is listed in the CC credits below. You'll also need to go and get the items on the shopping list (see the next paragraph) if you want the kitchen to show up properly

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
