Candy Pattern - JELLY BEANS DU MONET - 3 SIZES
Claude Monet was a leading French Impressionist painter (b. Nov. 14, 1840, Paris, Fr.--d. Dec. 5, 1926, Giverny) who was a strong advocate for the Impressionist style during most of his lifetime. There is quite a bit of smudging in several of his works, and indeed, that is what I think of when I think of Monet. Here you can see his famous artwork called "Coquelicots." So, I was having trouble with the Jelly Beans pattern, and as I was playing around in Adobe Photoshop CS5, I ended up with the pattern you see in this upload. Well, I was instantly reminded of Monet's works, hence the title. It's quite a bit different from my other candy patterns, but it still belongs with that group. Thinking outside the box again :-) This pattern has been subscribed to the Abstract section in CAS, comes in 3 sizes, and has 4 recolorable areas. Ii truly hope you like it!
