This project started as I wanted to rebuilt my old hood Richerville. While the garage itself can be made usuable (remove dart game insert parkway) is it not usuable here because for my gameplay it would have to be empty to become a nightbar.
The house has 3 rooms which means it's perfect for a growing family but the space is small on other locations and the furniture is sparce to keep it in the beginner house category.
