Once, a long time ago, a small sleepy fishing village, Morgard has since become a prosperous town bustling from activity thanks to its many attractions. Despite its growth and on first glance peaceful appearance its residents still face a plethora of problems each day. Will they be able to overcome them or is their fate going to be that of constant struggles?

After working on this neighborhood for a very long time, I'm happy to be finally able to share it with everyone.
Hope you'll enjoy it!

All families in this neighborhood start on Monday at 7 am on the first day of Spring. All living Sims should have proper memories set-up to show their lives up to the point of you starting the game. All families have genealogical trees, many of which are intertwined with one another.

In the neighborhood you'll find following 7 families:

The neighborhood also includes 84 lots in total of which:
  • 37 lots are community lots - 4 hotel lots, the other 33 are standard community lots
  • 47 lots are residential lots - 17 apartment lots (one of them with a single claimed apartment), 30 residential lots (of which 6 are already inhabited)
Hood number: S195

Thank you all for your feedback! I hope the newer updated version resolves all the issues with the neighborhood!

In order to properly see all of the neighborhood you might need a camera mod, I'd recommend getting Easy-decorate-the-Neighborhood-Camera by DasMatze2.

No CC is needed to play this neighborhood.

During the creation of this neighborhood I used following tools and mods:

Edit: I added in a new, empty version of the neighborhood which should work for subhoods. Thank you all for the suggestion! Please give me any feedback on whether it works properly or not, thank yu very much!
