I wanted all my matching toddler beds and cribs to be upgradeable , like the Blandco crib and bed.

The swatches are the same as the originals. However the beds and cribs have the option to upgrade into each other like the BlandCo version.

***It has come to my attention that this mod disables the upgradeability of the original. I was so excited I got the new bed to work I didn't think to check the old one before uploading this one. I am new to tuning files so please bear with me. I know what needs to be fix. I am just stuck as to how to do it. So if anyone knows where you can plug in the new key of generic variants into the tuning file, let me know. I can't find it at the moment. It kind of has me ripping my hair out.

I was unhappy with the fact the only crib and toddler bed that was upgradeable was the BlandCo bed and crib. I wanted the interaction on all the matching toddler beds and cribs. So I went down the rabbit hole of figuring out how to do this. I want to give a special thank you to CardinalSims for helping me figure out what I was doing wrong. This mod was extremely frustrating to figure out how to make. I watched hours of video tutorials as well as read and posted in many fourms. I really enjoy tweaking objects to suit my personal game play. I do prefer my mattresses separated from my bed frames, however that is a mod for another day. I'm not happy with the ones currently out there. I was really excited to finally get this mod working and figured there are people out there that prefer the beds whole. So I wanted to share it with you. Just as the title states, this zip file has both the Kindermade versions of a crib and toddler bed. They both have the $50 upgrade option. So as your kids grow you can upgrade into a toddler bed instead of buying it. I also included hiders for the original objects. If you want both the original version of the objects just don't add the hider files to your mods folder.
