Infant Skins?

You have all these different choices in clothes for male/female toddler through elder. Why not with infant? What makes it not changeable like everyone else in the game? Why can you only have one skin at a time and that skin is for both sexes? Isn't it possible to change this?

No: infants have no clothing options whatsoever. They have their skin, they have their diapers, and that's it. One can put little onesies on the infant skin by editing the skintone, but then the parents have to have that skin, and there's only one skintone for all the younger genders: infant, toddler, and child all use the same skintone for both genders of their respective ages (each has their own, but male/female infants use both). There's also some default replacements available here, but again, all babies have to have the same one, and you can only use one at a time. Rather limited, but... that's what we have to work with.
