How do I meet this standard, and I put this pic: http://img201.imageshack.us/my.php?image=xbox360ot6.jpg through imageshack and it looks different. Because when I made another pic in game it didn't look blurry can someone help me?

Well, there are two different potential issues.

1) Maybe your computer or graphics card is on the lower end, and your game settings are set low. You can see how to change your game settings for taking photos, even if it will run slow - check your settings and make sure they match what's shown in Screenshots 101 - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=85777 Your texture detail should be high. That is the first 'easy' thing to try and check.

I've also heard of people having their game sharpness drop over time, so if that's what's happening, just start a fresh game and get your screenshots before things go bad.

2) your bodyshop is acting up and lowering the resolution of your graphics on you. There's a link in the FAQ about bodyshop stuff getting blurry. Are your graphics you're editing 1024x1024? Assuming they are, and they are sharp, but they don't look that way in the game, you might need to fix some of the bodyshop settings. There's more discussion about it here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?p=799603#post799603

DO backup your files that you change. And you will need to reimport your project again - and if your base graphic was less than 1024x1024, you should start over making your graphic.
