How much space does Pets take up?

Okay, I really want the Pets EP, however my computer can only handle so much. So all I need to know is how much space, in MBs, will Pets take up. All it ever says on the packaging is how much space the base game takes up. (256MB) So is Pets one of the smallest, like OFB, or one of the biggest, like nightlife?

The size of my Pets folder under program files is 799mb

Wow that's enourmous. But how could it be that big since I don't think it adds any new districts like Uni, Nl, & OFB. All it should add is a pet store and maybe a pet park. Are the dogs and cats just an enourmous new thing? If that's just the pets folder alone, it'd be doubling the size of my sims2 folder (785mb) and I guess I'll just have to wait till I get a new computer.

Are you talking about the folder under MyDocuments? You might be looking at the wrong thing.

I have all EP's and SP's installed and the entire EA GAMES folder in Program Files is 7GB

Wow, 7GB, maybe I am looking at the wrong thing. But the folder I'm looking at is the one under My Documents and it's at 785. I'll just have to dig more in my files I suppose to find the true amount. Thanks for your help. If it really is in gbs and not in mbs than I need to make sure not to tell my mom, she'll kill me!

The folder under My Documents is the wrong one - that one is smaller and you're fine with it. That one likely is 785mb if you don't have a large amount of CC.

The game installs stuff both under My Documents and then the core game files are under Program Files on your computer. That's where the larger filesizes are.

Well I found it and I'm at 4.71 GBs. Wow I am never telling my mother. I am defenetly waiting to have my own computer till I get Pets...
