Mini Lots (Download Question)

Hi,
I'm really enamored with some of the houses I've seen built on the Mini-Lots (I believe the lots were created by Andi8104 and MaryLou), and I was just wondering if I needed to first download the Mini-Lots in order to download some of the houses that are built on them. Or will the Mini-Lots appear in my game when I download the houses?

I hope I'm making sense....I rarely do.

I believe that if you download a house made on a mini-lot then you'll have the lot, however if you were to delete the lot than you'd lose it. I'm not totally sure. But I know for sure that you don't need to first download the set, you can just download the lot.
