Changing a Sim's Appearance with SimPE?

Is it possible to, using the sim surgey tool in SimPE, make a male sim have the appearance of a female sim but still be a male sim??

Might be quicker to simply create a female sim and change its gender flag in SimPE.

Thank you, Inge Jones, once again very much!! It worked perfectly! He has the voice of a male sim and everything, but still has the appearance of a female! ^o^ Thanks so much!
I'm working on a project for making all the members of the visual kei band Hizaki Grace Project and the visual kei band Versailles. Today I made Teru, the guitarist of both bands, and I made him a female because he looks almost exactly like a girl...which is why I was curious about this. Now I know! =D
