Write Guide in AL

Hey to all. I've searched everywhere I could think to learn why, suddenly after the install of AL, my secondary aspiration pleasure sims cannot write the restaraunt guide. The option does not even come up when any computer is clicked on. I wondered if anyone else has experienced this or has any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help. (I had a sim in the middle of writing one when I installed AL, and now she cannot finish- and its how she makes her living. Please dont tell me she'll now have to get a real job!)
