View Full Version : Need Help with Clothing Collections

I'm really hoping someone can help me out here. I've spent a great deal of time searching the internet at large for help with this, and have found absolutely nothing to help. (And not entirely certain this is the right forum, but wasn't quite sure whether to put this in Body Shop or here.)

Does anyone know of a way I can create a collection for clothing, outside of the game?

I've recently started downloading different body meshes, and clothing to go with those meshes. But when I'm in-game and in the CAS screen, it can sometimes be extremely hard for me to tell what clothing goes with which body mesh. When I download clothing for a specific body type, I put them ALL in one folder, seperate from my standard clothing. If I had some kind of program I could use to point to a folder and say "put all the clothing in this folder into one collection" it would fantastic.

I've tried several programs, including Wardrobe Wrangler, and collection creator, both by jfade. Wardrobe Wrangler does not include any method for editing collection files. The Collection Creator ONLY recognizes build mode items, and draws a complete zero when trying to create clothing collections.

I've also checked Body Shop, but I don't see any way to edit or create a collection there either.

If there's a way to do this with SimPe, I am absolutely clueless. I've found numerous links to tutorials explaining how to change collection icons with SimPe. But absolutely nothing on how to edit what items are placed into collections.

Oh and one other thing, for whatever reason when I'm in the CAS screens looking at clothing, I don't have any tooltips at all for clothing. I've heard some people do, but I don't think I've ever had them. (I have them for all other items, like makeup and skintones. But nothing for clothing.) So I don't even have the tooltips for clothing saying things like "formal gown for Warlokk's Classic Pinup" to help me out. And that's assuming they've included a tooltip that tells what body mesh it's for, and when playing in Body Shop I noticed many of them don't include that information.

If anyone can help me find a solution to this problem, I would be forever grateful to you.
