I thought that this could be interesting. I'm starting out with envy. Basically what I really want help with right now is her facial structure. It's kind of hard to personify envy, so I want your input on how I can make her face look more.. Envious? ^^"
Anywho, I've recolored hair and made some eyes for her. I'll be making more CC for her later, after I get her face right.
So, please help! :)

I hate to say but she appears to be suffering from distortion around eyes and nose. This can be avoided by using the various pre set features by maxis and mashing them together as you like them.
Also side and no CC shots would be cool.
i kinda think envy would be sort of desirable...like very beautiful so there would be an irony to envy (god that's sooo deep)

Thanks for the feedback.
Okey dokey, so I fixed the eyes and nose like you said. Is it looking a bit better?
I also took the pictures that you suggested (:
It hit me after I looked at the no CC shot that I'm not even close to being done because the face is still quite maxis-y.. Eep. I'll jump on that right away.

Are you going for a human look or cartoon-ish? To me, the personification of greed wouldent just be somone covered in green..... but obviously that's up to you.... but I will say I'm impressed that you;re working first on the face, and then on the cc.... because most people start a project like this and go straight for the body and forget that without an good face you have nothing. I have no clue what you could do to make her face look greedy. What is the facial expresion of "want"? That's a tough one....

Envy should have heavy focus on the eyes as that is where the sin originates, which would best be achieved with cat and/or smoky eyes. The features do need changed, but not really sure how.

I find it much easier to make sims if i draw a face for them and roughly try to create it in body shop, what might be intresting is if you think about the ends to which her envy goes: like she might go and kill people and nick their stuff...so she could look mad and have blood on her. Why does she have envy, was she brought up in a poor back ground or a spoiled rich one.
also good job distortion gone
this is a really wierd song about stuff...its quite creepy and mad might be useful since all the people aren't being very nice and stuff

I wouldn't add blood. Envy is always wanting more, not exactly killing to get it.(That would be a wrath, envy and greed combo) Envy is about looking around and seeing something better, coming from the saying the grass is always greener.
Here is a few faces that sum up envy for me, anyways. A blend of all of these features would be wonderful. Also notice that the eyes are always looking to the side.
Love the nose on this one:

The large and emphasized eyes:

Harsh eyebrows and thinner, shapely lips:

And since the hair is green, I am guessing you are going for a cartoon look like someone mentioned above.
So, if you are this makeup, snake included may be an avenue you might consider, down the line.

ETA: I like this eye makeup as well. More so, actually.

And this site maybe able to help you, in general, if you haven't found it yet.

Wicked poppies, I think I'm going for more of a cartoonish look. That way, I could definitely get away with green hair. Heh.
And thanks for the tips, hatthecat (: I'll try sketching something out and then converting it into a sim. I never would have thought of that.
Thanks a bunch for all of the photos and the tips, Vampy! Those are going to be really helpful.
I'll get started on the changes tonight, and I'll post pictures once I can. Cheers!

Alrighty, I've updated the face! :3 I looked at the pictures Vampy linked to and I tried as best as I could to really incorporate them into the face.. Harsher eyebrows, large eyes, nose, and thin and shapely lips. Although, I've got to admit that I didn't really get the lips right, and no matter how much I tweak it I can't get it to where it looks decent.. Some help on that would be lovely. I was trying to base them off of the third link in Vampy's post.
Anywho, I scrapped the CC completely, because it was done in a hurry and I wasn't satisfied with it. I know I'll just end up redoing it later, anyways. Ha.

Not to be disrespectful, but I believe the Sims we create are from something already inside us and the vent for it comes out in them. The way I get some of my best Sims is to sit in front of a miror and think of what ever this sim is going to be made of, if it's envy then think of something you want more than anything else and how easy it is for someone else to get it. That look on the face in the mirror is usuall the one that will kick some bottom when building a person. Personally I've done this with your sim and her eyes are too big and bright for someone that wants to take something away from someone else or wants what they have anyway. This look is more "Please, can I have" than a "I will have, no mattet what..." look. Envy will never be that kind!

I don't think she looks too Please can I have, but I would make her eyes a click or two more swinty. But this is probably because of the huge maxis eye color. Would you mind sticking some custom eyes on her to see if it's is the texture making them larger than they really are. I would also downturn her nose a bit, just to hide her nostrils.
