I would enlarge the nostrils a click or two

-Pinch the upper lip a click or two

-Unpinch the lower lip a few clicks.

-Arch the eyebrows more, or get an archier brow.

I would use a lighter skin tone.

- Upper lip a click plumper..
-Eye a click or 2 down from the eyebrows.
-Eyebrows more lifted at the ends. Probably a click.
-Lower lip a click or two thinner.

She is looking great.
