Subterranean tunnels

Is there a way I could build subterranean tunnels interlinking and connecting the houses and lots in a neighbourhood, Like the catacombs in Paris, the steam tunnels in asylums or the underground geothermal zone in Naples?

I know subways and dive wells work fine for connecting homes underground.

Well all of those are "Rabbit holes" I wanted to make tunnels like the basements in houses to to connect my lots. Which is why I made the real life comparisons.

I was also going to make them haunted like a dark sub city.

There must be some way to do this.

It's impossible. Lot's don't work that way. Even if they are 'rabbit holes', they don't really really break immersion in the game.
