Has anyone here tried romancing a high evil witch? What kinds of tips can you give? And if the high evil witch/warlock becomes playable, what kinds of stories can rise from that? I mean, I've read lots of stories about how mean sims can have a lot of character, Nervous Subject being one example. Do they make good friends and mothers? And do dates with them generally go well, assuming that nobody gets caught cheating?

JDacapo, I've tried Romancing an Evil Witch before. And man was it weird. The floaty mist or whatever is around her, bugged me. But I got over it. But my Sim only managed to woohoo with her, and fall in love. Because after that, my Romance Sim, ended up getting engaged to Dina. My Sim was in love with a VERY grouchy, and yet VERY outgoing Witch. Now, that is not a bad thing, not at all. And yes the dates do go well, depending the relationship that the two Sims have, they were in love, so it ended up them coming back to Tegan's house (The Sim I was playing at the time) and they woohooed.

The stories that can rise from it? Can be interesting. But then again, none of my Sims have married or asked a Witch to move in. So that I wouldn't know. o.O

I haven't had a Sim date the high witch per say. Evil and good witches yes. Nothing horrid really happens, unless the dated witch feels like casting a spell. It's like a regular date with maybe a hint of spell casting. It would make for an interesting story though :)

Ah, nice! I am trying to woo a witch who has nine personality points, distributed in groups of three in shy/outgoing, lazy/active and serious/playful. She actually rejected a smooth talk even though she had accepted it before, possibly due to being hungry and bored. I want to have some real 'characters' in the neighbourhood, and possibly see what kinds of children they would have. The current high evil witch does have a nice hairdo when she's not wearing her hat.

Yes the wooing is the hardest part, try to up the friendship first before dating, also feeding and entertaining them works too :P

Those personality points will also make it harder... a shy, lazy, serious sim huh? Try a quiet date, nothing too strenuous, maybe a game of chess?
Best to keep to less open flirts too, smooth talking will only work if the witch is also in a good mood.

My Billy Ghote dated the Evil Witch, and it was exactly like his other dates except:

When I left her space to run to the restroom, she ran down to the curb to cast a spell instead. Even once they were at his apartment.
Billy arrives in a taxi; she arrives on a broom.
She left the date reward flowers from her broomstick.
Billy keeps rolling wants to cure her, even though he hasn't seen her in awhile, along with fears of becoming a witch himself. He obviously think she's capable of coercing him.

Since the Evil Witch shows up at my community lots all the dang time (unlike the good witch, who hardly ever shows up) I was expecting her to catch him cheating, and hoping/fearing this would result in bad spellcasting, but it hasn't happened. He also hasn't dated as heavily after he got involved with her, since it was shortly after woohooing the wicked witch that he got engaged and moved in with his meal ticket, I mean fiancee, which makes side dates trickier, and since their kid was born he flat hasn't had the opportunity.

Ajay Loner romanced not only the Atrociously Evil head witch, but the Infalliably Good head witch as well.

Neither one's found out about the other yet (or any of his other flings), but he's also avoided community lot dates since his number of lovers reached the double digits. The only difference between the witches and regular sims is that they arrive and leave via broomstick.

Chester Gieke is romantically involved with the evil witch in my game. First I made him become friends with her, but I didn't make him flirt with her until the friendship was high enough. Chester was succesful with the flirting and it helped to boost his relationship with her. I only did it so he could ask her to teach him the path of darkness. It's the closest he'll ever get to becoming a Sith. Now, if he could only find a double edged lightsaber. lol Seriously, though he and the evil witch seem to be in love. Apparantly she digs his sexy bowl haircut. I haven't made him ask her to move in with him and I don't plan to. I don't really want to make either of the witches playable. I have too many playable sims already. I'm sure Chester will still invite her over sometimes though.

Ah. That doesn't happen in my neighbourhood - people don't wish others to be cured unless they knew them before they were turned. Even then, the cure wants do roll away. Marcus Coles rolled wants for two of his sons to be cured of lycanthropy, but soon those wants rolled away for other more pressing wants. Might be the wfsanity mod I have, which among other things keeps sims from obsessing over npc creatures being cured.

It doesn't bother me - I interpret it as Billy fretting about the things an evil witch could do to him, if she wanted to, which she almost certainly will the first time she catches him out with his wife or any of his side dates. I have yet to make a witch, and Billy's not going to be the first. I can see where it would be a problem in your neighborhood, where everybody and his dog is a witch.

Yeah, it would be. Plus a few people are actually 'dogs' in a way. I also want to have a few vampires and plantsims, but not zombies due to them being extremely impractical. I see no purpose for zombies at all. And I wanted to have at least one magic-themed neighbourhood because I love magic, and doing some experiments.

BTW this is off-topic but man oh man I can't believe how nicely my game is running right now... all I did was delete a few cache files.
