I Can't change my sims clothes!

I have had this issue before, but can't remember how I fixed it. When I place my cursor over any dresser, I don't have any options at all. I have custom content, but I used the Sims3 Dashboard tool and removed all corrupted files, so I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions!?

The Sims 3 Dashboard won't help you with Sims 2.
