My sims aren't aging when I move them to Uni or the teens to new locations.

I searched the thread and google and I keep getting Sims 3 stuff about the not aging thing.

I've taken out all my CC and tried the lot debugging mode, but my two sims one I sent off to University, and when I put him in the dorms he never aged. He's still showing up as a teen, and when I force age him to young adult he has no memory of being in college, and I thought everything was fine until after the first semester, and he had the want to write his term paper. He wrote it, but the want is still there and unfulfilled.

Something similar also happened to my other Sim who I wasn't sending off college. he was only 5 days from adult so I went ahead and moved him out and I never got the little cut scene where he ages to adult. I moved him in and he was still a teen, I had to forcefully age him up. Oh and they never got the growing up memory either.

I haven't touched SimPe, and I have taken out all my hacks to try again with the another teen sending her to college and the same thing happened. Oh, and I haven't deleted any lots with people in them nor have I deleted any Sims at all.

Any idea what this could be?

Have you tried removing ALL of your custom content? Also try in a different neighborhood and also in a completely fresh game.
