Every townie that walks by is force errored, and so are sims who grow up

Hi I have a problem which sucks. For some reason, almost every time a sim walks by, a force error message comes up and I usually click reset or delete. I didn't really care for this until now, my sim is trying to grow up to leave college, but when he grows up a force error message comes up and I have to reset him, and the taxi won't come to pick him. I'm not sure what's causing this, a couple days ago I did the deleteallsims cheat but once I heard it was bad, I deleted the whole town. Could that be what messed up game? Is there any possible way I can fix this?

If you deleted the town where you used the deleteallsims cheat, then the cheat cannot be causing the problem with your current neighborhood.

erykah, there's no need to apologize. Did you figure out which hack (or hacks) caused your problems? There's no need to remove all of them if only one of them isn't working correctly.
