Community playgrounds and schools

I have thought that I could make a community lot that functions as a school or playground where the kids and teens of my neighbourhood hang out, meet and socialise.

I am thinking of something similar to the simlogical schools but without the whole teleporting and doing homework and controlling sims.

Is there some mod or object that lets you specify that only teenagers and kids can visit that community lot?
With MATY's business controller I could only select gender, age, time, etc that determine which townies show up and when they show up.

I'd like a community lot on which only children and teenagers will mingle, preferably none or few adults. How would I go about this?

If you are going to build an actual building, you can use the modded door from Simlogical here (http://www.drealm.info/simlogical/sl/Sims2Pages/Sims2_Doors_Targetable.htm) I'ce never used it myself but it lets you ban certain sims from coming inside, for example you can ban adults or toddlers.

The Visitor Controller lets you sort sims by age, does it not?

Maybe its just my game but I never see children walk by on residential or community lots so I would think the teleporting might be necessary?

On Residential kids do walk by if there's a kid living on the lot, at least this happens in my games. On Community lots, I have never seen a walking by kid either.

There is though..maybe you have an older version?

I know this for a fact because I have some community lots that are exclusively for teenagers or adults :) Look through all the options in the menu. (since there's so many its easy to accident skip one)
