So the texture of an object of mine had an odd look to it, and when I dug into the TSRW materials menus, I came across an odd complate that looked like a cross between my current project and the object the project was cloned from.

No comments about the crappy UV mapping, I know its crappy, but it's better than it was! (I had a bight idea that wasn't so bright, sigh, when I did this.)
Found out that it is called the Workshop Texture Preset (WST) and pulled the following information on it from TSR:
Experimental!
Workshop Texture Preset (WST) is designed to exchange complates between different materials/projects. The import/export functions are located in the PROP Editor which can be accessed by double clicking a complate in the Material Editor.
When I tried to get rid of the image, my texture didn't change. I checked some of my other projects and found a similar strange complate, which might account for some of the odd textures I've been getting sometimes.
Anyone else have any experience with this?
I probably should go over to TSRs site and ask, but it's taken me a year to start posting here
