Downloaded Sims now have Rabbit Heads (No EP installed)

Hi all
I downloaded some Celeb Sims from this Site and tryed to edit them in Bodyshop. Some of the Sims showing up with a Rabbit Head. I have no EP installed.
I installed all the Files with the Clean install Tool and got no errors.

What is going wrong ?

Did you make sure you got the mesh? If you don't have the mesh they will show as rabbit heads.

I was thinking the Mesh was included in the File, will check it, thx fo the Hint

I have another Question. I downloaded many Celeb Sims, when i install them all at one Time is there a Trick to figure out who is who ?
And is there a Way to refreh the Files when Bodyshop is running so i dont have to restart it all the Time ?
