It is a two-bedroom house (one double and one single) with two bathrooms, a seperate study, a reading area, garden and double driveway.


It has been tested in game and I did not encounter any problems. If you do come across any then please let me know so I can fix it.

It uses content from World Adventures and High End Loft Stuff, but does not use any custom or store content.

Yeah it is Mathia, as well as some paintings. There was no option to choose HEL as a requirement when I uploaded it so I stated in the description that it uses some HEL stuff.
