Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This house is so beautiful I actually cried looking at it. That. Is. Insane. There isn't a word to describe how well you did, so just use your imagination.

When is the vid tut coming out for some of this amazing work? "smiles" I really like this house. I have downloaded and placed it in a perfect spot! An EA house had to get das-boot. But it was a mercy demolition! hehe

Thank you for your time, hard work, creative flare, and amazing real-estate!

Amazing detail The different areas with plants looked so incredibly realistic I was amazed When they finally include all the things that are left out of the sims 3 like diving boards ... hot tubs etc etc etc and release more options I cant wait to see what level of amazement is possible when that additional content is available

Hope to see more work like this soon

The house looks amazing and I would love to install it into my game, but unfortunately there seems to be an issue with the file. It comes up as corrupted. I have taken the time to reboot my system, check for any programs that may be causing an issue, etc. I even tried to download it to another system just to be sure it wasn't my laptop and got the same error.

The file is only saving to 102 kb out of the 3.64 MB. WinRAR is informing me of an unexpected end of archive error with the saved file. I thought I would inform you of this problem so that if it is a server side issue it can be corrected soon. I am still looking into it on my side so that I can be sure it's not a problem with my computers.

This is stunning...just breathtaking. It's so light and airy and cozy/comfy at the same time. Didn't have any problems installing it (Eliadene, did you try downloading it again?), and can't WAIT to try this out in-game.

Thank you so much Flabaliki -- Keep 'em comin'!

Eliadene - If the file size is 102kb, that means it didnt download properly, you have to download it again until you get the full file.

The whole design of it is amazing, my only complaint is that I think you may have overdone it with the plants

My God this is stunning! you have really outdone yourself mate!
I mean the sheer exuberenace this lot screems is enough for anyone to want it! Then you go further and add the little touches that makes a "House" a real Home! and the accents are amazing! I loved the bridge, but what really sold me on this was the "golden archway" feature I totally love what you did (intentially?) allowing the golden rays of light to pour directly in illuminating The Fine designs and having an overall uplifting effect of the pool room! and at night it's even more so romantic!!! I love a bit of 'Artiste Decollure' (Deco & Allure!) Absolument extraordinairement parfait! (Exquiste!)
I am Definitely adding you to my MOST Preffered Artists! your Kief!
lol sorry for the long comment, but just had to thank you, and give you the praise you rightly deserve! you and Jcwolf are like GODS of Near-Perfect Creation! Seriously! :D

Apparently you and I either have a different opinion of what defines a clipping plant or somehow there was no clipping in your game and the uploaded file changes that. Reality is there is a lot of clipping both with the outdoor plants and indoor potted plants. Having said that, it doesn't change the fact it is a great house and one of the better overall houses I have seen.

Good job!
