Let me start off by saying I HATE modern houses. It’s really not my style at all; however this house has been bouncing around my head for too long to not build/share it. Inspired by a really ugly house that had lots of potential to be lovely, this lot is what I envision it looking like after extensive renovations.

The house is mostly furnished (maxis objects) and almost move-in ready for those minimalist Sims. The lot is landscaped with a mix of red, blue and yellow. You will need a gardener for this house since box hedges surround the entire structure. Enjoy!

Notes: This house was built without any EPs so the ‘driveway’ must be replaced with a real driveway in order to use it as one. Just giving a heads up to our NL/OFB users.
