For people who are wishing for a teen version you can quite easily use the Scan Folder/Clothing Scanner in SimPE to enable it for for teen use which is what I ended up doing. It looks fine on a teen body and there's no major fitting issues. The only noticeable side effect is that the altered jacket will show up twice in BS and CAS and clicking one enables both. This doesn't seem to effect how the jacket looks tho

This works great in my game, and I use Pets and Seasons. You can find it in the glasses file after you download it. There are leather jackets for Sims Maxis male teens, adults and Bodybuilder. There are 2 bodybuilder versions, 1 for adults only or 1 for teens to elders. Since most bodybuilder meshes don't work for elders, I use Blooms Neanderthal for their other clothing.
