This family home features three upstairs bedrooms with a master bath and family bath. Downstairs is a large study, kitchen, dining room with entry to the attached one car garage, a lounge, and a small washroom. The back garden features a grilling deck, swingset, and room for a small pool.

Whew! Thank you all for your generosity!!

As seen in the photos it's valued at $66,374 so without the content it's probably around $55,000 and it's built on a 3x4 lot. I have all expansion packs as well as all stuff packs, however; I didn't use anything from Pets or the stuff packs in creating this lot. Not sure if that matters or not so that's why I ticked all the boxes.

I think I got everything right. I certainly hope so! If anyone experiences any problems, please let know.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
