This family home features three upstairs bedrooms with a master bath and family bath. Downstairs is a large study, kitchen, dining room with entry to the attached one car garage, a lounge, and a small washroom. The back garden features a grilling deck, swingset, and room for a small pool.
This lot was simified by me based on a floor plan from Dream House Plans Traditional House Plans magazine. Rooms are decorated for illustrative purposes only. Floor plans for this magazine can be found dreamhomesource.com. Custom content included is as follows: Wood fence by frillen found here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=196817 Tall column and windows by Darylmarkloc found here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=133487 Lattice by Patul found here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=133487 Grasses by Lethe found here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=202811 Maple tree by grapholina found here http://www.grapholina.com and recolor is by veggiesim from here http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group...unkpile2objects Flowers at base of trees by Bienchens and found here http://www.piggis-sims.net/Bienchen...ch/index_e.html All other custom plants by Parsimonious and can be found here http://www.parsimonious.org/furnitu...us_Garden.shtml Recolorable stairs are by Numenor and can be found here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=53159 and the recolor is by Marinasims found in her victorian set here http://www.marinasims.net/sims2/objects/victorian3.htm The front door is the Edwardian Elegance door by HolySimoly found here http://www.holysimoly.com/index.cfm...78B6603B5571364 Walls by Nengi65 found here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=135217 Whew! Thank you all for your generosity!! As seen in the photos it's valued at $66,374 so without the content it's probably around $55,000 and it's built on a 3x4 lot. I have all expansion packs as well as all stuff packs, however; I didn't use anything from Pets or the stuff packs in creating this lot. Not sure if that matters or not so that's why I ticked all the boxes. I think I got everything right. I certainly hope so! If anyone experiences any problems, please let know. 33 people have said thanks to JLonier for this download. For more information about this creator and their policies or details, click here.
