The home of Darrin and Samantha Stevens at 1164 Morning Glory Circle in Paterson, New York, is a quaint Dutch Colonial built in the early 1960's. From the first time Samantha and Endora twitched their magical powers to produce plants, shrubbery, awnings and furniture, the Steven's home has always been a quality residence of good taste.
A two level home of brick and wood, this gabled steep-roofed structure consists of an open living and dining room surounding a prominent staircase near the foyer. A raised brick hearth and firplace is a focal point of the livingroom as are the three sets of french doors out to the patio in back.
The dining area also features a bay window with built in seat cushions, a louver shuttered pass-through, a Grecian mural panel and fully stocked bar (martinis are a speciality of the house). Through a double swinging service door, a modern kitchen offers a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a range and oven (for baked alaska) and a broom closet. A breakfast table and 4 chairs are in the center of this room.
Darrin's den has the large bay window at the front of the house. A fireplace and bookshelves line the walls, a couch and drawing board near the window. A small bathroom is near the door.
A hallway leads from the foyer to a garden door and service porch and garage outside. Here, Darren and Samantha keep their late model Cheverolets inside the automatically opening garage.
Upstairs there is a Master bedroom with a cozy fireplace, a batrhroom, Tabitha's nursery, and a guest room for Darren's parents when they visit.
In general, furnishings are high-end and modern. Jens Risom coffee-table a 4 cushioned couch, a Has Wenger pappa bear chair with ottoman, mixed with provincial windsor chairs. Decorator perfect.
As you can see, the kitchen had to be re-done from the TV version as I don't think many simmies want a window from the kitchen into the garage. I placed a few furnishings for atmosphere, but the home is basically un-decorated, nor lanscaped. Maxis content only. It is on a 3x5 lot and costs $97,588 simolians.
Look for more TV lots to follow.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
