Hi, it's my 2nd house 
I got the idea from the Small Homes Magazine (Issue No. NS0708). This country house supposed to have 2 bedrooms, suitable for a family with elders and young couple.
The house costs $23,727 and was mostly furnished (The upper floor is empty). There is a big bedroom on the upper storey, and a small storage It's quite exceed the little amount of a starter family, but you can delete the fireplace which costs around 2,500 and some furniture, and here u r, living in a big country house
