This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.

Old Town Community Centre: Five Community Lots!
No CC, maxis content only.

1. Restaurant: China Restaurant
2. Bakery and Caf�: Bakery n'Caf�
3. Park: Park n'Pool
4. Hair Saloon: Cut'n Go
5. Clothes Store

They come all with Maxis Content only, I have used no cc and you will only need University, Nightlife and Open for Business.
You can visit the lots or run your own business with them. They are fully furnished and are ready to be used as businesses.

The community lots should satisfy all your Sims needs in your neighbourhood.

I will attach the whole set in this post, for the single lots look at the posts under this one.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
