The idea for this house I had from a book of Japanese artist’s Hiroshige prints which I bought more than a year ago. The original print, from which I made this house, is called “The Pavilion of Flowers on Dangozaka Slope, the Sendagi Quarter”. Now I had a chance to use Bon Voyage and Free Time East style goodies.
House is built on a hill and has 2 floors. On the 1st floor is the entrance, kitchen with dining, a bathroom and one small room which could be a study or a really small bedroom (If you want to place objects there and in the bathroom near the entrance wall, use moveobjects on cheat, objects placed there in this way still will be usable by sims). On the 2nd floor there are three Japanese style rooms – a guest room (with the tea table), living room and the master bedroom. Anyway there isn’t much space in the house, only enough for 2 sims. Those 1 tile wide balconies are actually usable, but since sims doesn’t have a real need to go there, they are more decorative than useful (because sims sometimes can stuck there). In front of the house there are a river and a small gazebo with a straw roof and a telescope inside.

Lot Size: 3x3
Lot type: Residential
Lot Price: 96,930
Lot Played/tested: Yes
Furnished: Yes
Compatibility: Requires all EPs up to and including Free Time. I just couldn’t resist to use those white orb lamps from Ikea Home Stuff, but it’s the only object from a Stuff Pack. I have installed all (up to and including Ikea Home, except Happy Holiday Stuff) SP, so if you don’t have some of them, just use Clean Installer to install lot.

I tried to use as least CC as I could, because the game had many Japanese objects itself. Before installing lot, put those 2 package files which are included in the rar archive (it’s a black half wall by Alias at MTS2 which didn’t package with the lot and the KitchenBasic master file (counters) by buggybooz at MTS2), in your downloads folder.

If you like my lot, please hit the thanks button.
