This outfit is based on the costume of Elfe in Final Fantasy VII: Before Crisis. Before Crisis is on the rather more obscure end of the Compilation, being a cell phone game, and I admit I've never played it, but I'm quite enamoured with the character design of Elfe so I thought I'd make a sim version of her clothing.
I've made two seperate versions of the shirt, one that includes the front of her cape, and one that goes without it. I've also made a recolour of generalzoi's cloak to go along with the cape version
