Well, I've developed a love for community lots recently; they're easier to build for me, and there's less fuss involved, so yep.

In any case, this is Reflections, a restaurant/ nightclub type thingy.

• Restaurant

I couldn't tell you what the lot value is, but I'm guessing maybe $16,000, I'd have to go back in game and check; that's just a guess if you want to purchase the lot and run a business with OFB.

I don't have much more to say about the lot, except...ENJOY! lol

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
