My first upload! Whee!

The Studio Starters Apartment Complex is a great first home for your single sims fresh from University or CAS.

The building is three floors high and features six studio apartments. Its made of classic red brick and all decked out with ivy.



The units are small and affordable, with plenty of windows. One set of windows in each unit has its own flowerbox, which requires no water and will never die (thanks to HystericalParoxysm's plastic flowers). And because I originally had problems with dogs killing the flowers and then being unable to replace them, I've used only plastic flowers on this lot.



Each apartment is fully furnished, so you won't meet any weird neighbors with no furniture. (Weird neighbors with furniture, on the other hand...)



The bedrooms use an archway instead of a door to maintain the feel of a real studio apartment, but the design and position of the bedroom will ensure that your sim sleeps undisturbed by noisy neighbors.
