Sorry to bother you, but both archives you uploaded contain sim3pack files.
Could you perhaps provide the .sim file instead?

As I already mentioned on Hayden, the links to download the hair aren't working. Could you please re-upload them?

I'm sorry about that but I don't have that file anymore. I've looked around for that but I couldn't find anyone who convert that for The Sims 3 except Cazy (where I got the hair)
