Ummm I'll use this on teen girls (if it's available for teens) but not on guys belly rings are not for guys. Sorry my opinion

This is really neat

I was wondering how you made this, because there are almost no navel piercings for the sims 2 that don't come as an actual skin... If you have any ideas, how would I go about making a simple 2D navel piercing for TS2? and would I make it as a makeup/face paint item, an accessory, or would I just have to make it a skin? Sorry, I know it's a long shot type of question..
