The Heritage is typical of many traditionally styled homes built from the 1930s through the 1960s. The front porch, colonial style, double hung windows, and story-and-a-half plan is similar in many respects with its predescessors. A central hall facilitates flow from room to room, with two bedrooms and one bath on the main floor. The upstairs is unfinished and is one large room, but can be divided for a growing family. There is room for a basement and it is quite easy to place since this lot is not on a foundation. The lot isn't very deep so there isn't much space for a pool or other outdoor activities. If you want more space just place lot on a larger empty lot.
CC Shown but Not Included Simple Shower Tub by me Compatibility I have all EPs/SPs and I have used used mostly base game items, with a few windows from LN and Ambitions. I've used several pieces of furniture from Generations. This lot will install fine with a base game of 1.22 and the game will just leave the missing EP content out. Lot Size: 3x2 Lot Price: §42199/§27202 138 people have said thanks to HugeLunatic for this download. For more information about this creator and their policies or details, click here. Screenshots
