Good things come in small packages of course! This is basically, probably the tiniest, yet most affordable house a single sim can find! Nothing lavish about this itty-bitty place, but it will definitly get you by! Hope you enjoy the little place. This is my first lot upload, so please, let me know if things show up OK!

All items in the lot are BASE GAME except for the driveway, you'll need NIGHTLIFE!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

It also lets you choose what included content to install.
