Greetings! Today I am presenting a new starter lot with three bitty trailers for your low-maintenance, low-budget or camp-happy Sims. Set against a pine forest with a campsite feel, this little lot is perfect for college students or single adult roomies. I am including furnished and unfurnished versions. The unfurnished version is the starter home at 12,065; the furnished one costs 31,853.

The three trailers are as follows:
~Think Pink--a trailer themed around--you guessed it--pink. Furnished includes a bed, TV, and kitchenette.
~Hunter's Abode--for your hunter and fisher sims. Furnished includes a coal stove, a sink, and a bed.
~"Community" trailer--includes such other amenities as a bathroom, bookcase, computer, coat rack, and stereo system.

In the furnished version, outside amenities include a campfire, a grill, and a chess table.

Placing objects in diagonal trailers: It takes two cheats to place objects well diagonally. First, you need to make the object diagonal with this cheat:

boolProp allow45DegreeAngleofRotation true

Once you have activated this, use your < and > keys to turn the object to a diagonal configuration. Then, to place it snugly against the wall, you need to use this cheat:

boolProp snapObjectsToGrid false

This will free your objects from the restriction of the grid, and you can place them wherever you'd like. (When you wish to turn the grid back on, type in boolProp snapObjectsToGrid true) Your Sims can still use objects off-grid, but be careful with the placement; if you place objects close together, your sims will complain of route failure. Also desks do not work well in diagonals because you can't place the chair close enough and still have your sim use it.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install.
