R.O.T.C. stands for Reserve Officers Training Corp, and is a branch of the Air Force.

Machinegun8 gave me the titles for two of the classes, and I thought up the rest.
The major is based off of the Political Science major, so the focused skills are Charisma, Body, Creativity and Cleaning.
