Information (Click for more details):
New Mesh
This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
The meshes and textures are original and have original vertices count (851 for the Steam Train and 318 for the Monorail). I improved a little bit the textures, inside my recolor limitations that are very narrow. The trains are seen from hood view exactly like they are seen from the lot or neighbor. I play a scenegraphic game where the sims story pictures are taken from the streets, not from inside a lot, so it is very important how the neighbor house looks like. The packed objects are very small but the size of the download is a little bit bigger because all the posted pics are included.
The objects show in Catalog section Decorative/Sculptures under the names "Cargo Train Object" and "Monorail Train Object" and cost 5000 Simoleans each. The train tracks are not included in the post, because they were already extracted and made game object by Kativip (Garden of Shadows). Do not ask me for a link because it is a very difficult site for me. They send a sort of Newsletter to a friend of mine and I use their own links to access thingies. Thanks. I'm much more interested on proper recolors or further improvements than rewards. Thanks. As always, You May Clone, Recolor, Repost wherever you want, dispose on fire or serve for breakfast. Thanks. All meshes and textures were created by someone at EAxis. PS.: Further info about the train tracks. It is the easiest object to extract and repack, this is the reason I didn't make it self. It was already Done by someone else (Kativip). If you do not find it, you can easily make it self. Just extract the game mesh from the train effect and pack it over whatever base clone you may have. I always use the Venus Sculpture as base clone, just because I REQUIRE that all objects are seen from neighbor view. My game is based on this feature. Polygon Counts: 851 vertices for Steam Train, 318 vertices for Monorail Train. 171 people have said thanks to xptl297 for this download.
