Designed for an elegant witch with an evil disposition and a talent for the dark arts, this isolated tower is decorated with an abundance of black, but stylishly appointed with the best antiques and accoutrements for a witch and a feline familiar. The tower is perched atop a sheer cliff, and the only way to reach the front door is to cross a bridge over a waterfall. (The start of the stairway/walkway is in the back, along with the mailbox and a couple of wolfsbane plants.)

The first floor houses bookshelves, a chess board, a jelly bean bush and a half-bath. The second floor has a kitchen, dining area, full bathroom and small sitting area, with a scratching post, litter box and cat dish. The third floor is the sleeping area, with a magic mirror, an incense burner and cat toys/cat bed. Above that is the alchemy room, with a research station, plenty of storage for elixirs and their components, and a desk and a planter to aid in research and development. And finally, the top floor has an austere throne room, with a moondial and a pair of gargoyles. The outdoor walkway at the top of the tower leads to a broom rider's "landing pad," complete with more gargoyles, and greenish lighting to add a spooky ambiance when night falls.

There is also an unfinished basement (not pictured because it's just a plain round room) awaiting further expansion... or possibly the bones of unsuspecting passers-by.

Thanks to armiel for the Builder's Island DIY world, which makes building a LOT faster. I originally built this lot for a contest on the forums at Carl's Sims 3 Guide, which has a lot of great info, and really nice people.
