A modern masterpiece featuring a total of four bedrooms and luxury stylings throughout. There is nice spacious open plan living on the ground floor for easy access and a toilet in the garage.
Along the side of the house is a courtyard featuring a barbecue area to enjoy some outdoor meals which you can then enjoy a dip in the pool out the back or a soak in the spa.

Underneath the spa is a semi-underground outdoor bathroom which your sims will find handy so they don't have to dash inside for a bathroom break or if they want to wash off after their swim. This could also be converted into a storage or utility room depending on your sims needs.

This property is fenced and will fit nicely neighbouring next to some of my future uploads. The gardens at the front will also provide lots of privacy. This lot has been play tested to ensure everything works so have fun with it.
