I'm sorry, my apologies, SORRY!! The EP/SP info was totally wrong as I forgot to mark it.It's fixed now. I also blame the Upload Moderator a little for not noticing it either
''Savannah'' Is the second of 4 houses from a little project I'm working on.
The houses will be named after the color they get.
Savannah is a bungalow with a big garden for a (elderly) couple.
The interior is partly stuck in the late 50's and is filled with yellows of all kind, including Savannah yellow.
When you enter the house you have 2 options: Either watch TV, or go upstairs to take a nap. The house has an attached garage with access to the basement where the entertainment room is.
-The living area is seperated, yet it's not. A big arch connects the yellow livingroom with an eye-catching cherry red kitchen, which has access to the patio and the garage.
-Upstairs you find a landing/study area from where you have access to the bedroom, bathroom, or balcony, which also has stairs leading down to the patio. Perfect for sunny days!
-The garage, it's small, it's cramped, you have to snake yourself to the things you need. Except when going to the basement.
-The basement. Where wife is doing the laundry while Husband and friends are playing pool next room.
The backyard is really huge and perfect for friends or family. It has a greenhouse which grows tomatoes and apples, and when you find the almost hidden patch, you get to a tropical styled pool.
Return to the Sixties! houses:
-Mint
-Savannah
-Cherry blossom
-Blueberry (In the queue)
The house is built a 40x20 lot (placed as a 20x40) and costs §152.319 F and §66.410 UF
The only CC used is the DIY build set by armiel which is not included.
I hope you enjoy this bungalow. It's fun to build these small doll houses

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
