''Blueberry'' Is the last of 4 houses.
The houses are be named after the color they get.

Blueberry is a suburban home for a family. The garden is big and has pool, and surprise surprise! A European Party-hut!
When you enter the house you can sit with your family and watch TV or help your kids studying upstairs. Or you chill on the balcony or patio!
-The living area is an open area with the living, dining and kitchen. The living area has access the the patio which has a beatiful outdoor kitchen!
-Master bedroom is downstairs, it is acccessible from the living area and has it's 'own' patio. Upstairs you find the studyroom and 2 other bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a bunkbed.
-The garden is big. Everything you need is there. A pool, an outdoor kitchen, patio, party-hut and a vegetable garden which grows apples, tomatoes and salad.

-Cherry blossom
-Blueberry

The house is built on a 30x35 lot and costs §122.991 F and §79.803 UF
This time I've use 2 pieces of CC:
-The DIY build set by armiel
-Slates and sheets (The neutral roof) by Qbuilderz
Both items are not included.

Well, I'm finished. I'm happy about it, actually, because doing more 60's styled houses would just blow up my patience and creativity as there aren't many 60's styled furnishings in TS3. And using the same just in a different color gets boring too.
