My first Italian Renaissance with Spanish influence!



A Spanish influenced Italian mansion, situated on the top of a hill. It has the best views of the town and the ocean!
Built in approx. 1880/90, this house includes 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite, a paneled hallway and diningroom, a huge terrace, a grotto/fire pit and an outdoor bar area with views of the beach and the town.



The rooms all have an elegant and luxurious atmosphere, with panaled walls, exclusive, one-of-a-kind painted walls and a carved wood ceiling.


The last renovation was 3 years ago, on the exterior walls. The gas and water pipes might need a little fix, those have been last touched in 1956.
The foundation shows a crack here and there, and you might hear some creaking noise from the roof beams, but those are completely harmless. They come with age, and are charming in some way.
