New 2022 Version - reworked with less CC. I did not retake pictures because the "look" remains the same.
I have reworked the second floor master bathroom and both kid's bedrooms in each apartment for better routing.

...though the apartment building has now been brought up to code, it still retains the old-world charm you've come to expect. Your growing Sim-families will thank you for moving them in here!



Each apartment features approximately the same floor plan. One would enter through the spacious garage and up the winding marble staircase to the dining area. The dining room features large windows overlooking the famed coastal waters of Belladonna Cove. Behind the fully mirrored dining room wall lies the kitchen. It is small, but highly efficient! A small 'powder room' is tucked behind the kitchen. Beyond that is the family/living room with a piano, chessboard, comfy furniture, and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs you will find a large media area equipped with a roll-top desk, state-of-the-art computer, bookshelves, an easel, another TV, and a gaming system. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath, and the two smaller bedrooms share a joined bath.

In addition to the improved living conditions, the new management company has included a full amenities level! Access it via the old elevator located on the side of the building next to the playground.
