I was playing around in Sim City 4 and decided to try using the Crater tool for something. This little island was the result. This map features a long beachfront avenue for houses and a small grid of streets for building all your tropical resort town needs. The large crater lake is perfect for animated sailboats.

In order to maximize the buildable beachfront area, I recommend using the modifyneighborhoodterrain on cheat to level out and lower the road. Press Ctrl+Shift+C to access the console and type in modifyneighborhoodterrain on. Next, use your mouse to highlight the road and then press \ to level the road surface. With the road still highlighted, lower the road one click by pressing ]. This should render the entire length of the road buildable for beach lots. Lastly, remember to disable the terrain modification cheat by entering modifyneighborhoodterrain off into the console.

I recommend you use a camera hack to get the full benefit out of the map but it still works without it.

To install, extract the files to your Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/SC4Terrains folder.
