While building my hometown in the game, I searched high and low but couldn't find a realistic version of a trailer park. So I built one. This is the first of the the residential lots in my hometown re-creation series.
I myself have never lived in a mobile home, but some of my friends have, thus these "trailers" are re-creations of mobile homes that exist in reality. If they seem a bit off, it's probably because I haven't been in them in years so they were built from memory.
The lot includes 4 mobile homes (3 bedroom x 3/2 bedroom x 1) and all are fully furnished and decorated along with the rest of the lot. It also includes a main office, laundromat, arcade, pool, community garbage area, public mailbox, and run-down playground.
Late night markers for public areas and hidden rooms were used in all but one trailer, which is the main living area, coming in at a respectably cheap $22000. It's decorated as I saw it, in typical low-cost 1970s style. If you don't like that one, feel free to move the markers with the cheat (restrictbuildbuyinbuildings off/on) and choose a different unit. Make sure you use "testingcheatsenabled true" before using the building cheat. All of the real-life buildings had been built by 1984, so if you're looking for a period piece, this would fit right in
If you don't have Late Night installed (for the markers) the lot will cost around $220000. Handy if you prefer playing many families at one time on one lot! hehe
The pool is unsupervised, use at your own risk!
No custom content or store content was used in this lot. Game items only! huzzah!
Expansion packs used were: Pets, University Life, World Adventures, Late Night and Ambitions. No stuff packs were used.
As always, it has been fully play-tested (for the last year) but should you find any issues I missed please comment and let me know.
Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did creating it!
Lot Size: 60x60
Lot Price: 22000
UPDATE!: This lot causes a red screen graphics issue on the 64 bit version of the game. I'll see if it can be fixed and let you know.

6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
I've been playing the Sims since the Sims 1 came out in 2000, and started building lots and creating Sims in the Sims 3.
My favourite builds are worn out, rat infested hovels but I also enjoy the challenge of creating lots that represent buildings in the real world.
All of my lots were created on an iMac, but after getting the new M1 iMac, I've learned some of those lots have graphics issues, so I'm slowly altering them to avoid this issue. I will upload the M1 compatible files when they are completed.
All new builds are completed in Version 1.70 (64-bit Mac). They are tested on a Windows computer and an older iMac running Version 1.67 (32-bit).
