This will look great in a new neighborhood I'm developing for myself. I was looking for apartments that had a European look about them and this should do nicely. Thanks for the lovely creation. And an extra thumbs up for the angry Lisa avatar.

I haven't moved anyone in yet but the lot continuously resets back to "Apartments" for me. I've switched it to "Regular" several times. Hopefully when I do it again right before someone moving it, it might stick. Otherwise I'll have to change the building a lot or scrap this.

I found advice for my issue elsewhere on this site, and tried the solution out. I changed the lot to community, then back to residential->regular. It works now!!! :D
